The visit offers a tour of the history of this ancient winery from the beginning to the present. Explore and discover the vegetative cycle of the vine and our ecological agriculture before an unbeatable panorama of the Penedés and the mountains of Montserrat. Continuing the visit by the facilities where they elaborate premium awarded wines and cavas, finishing with a wine tasting accompanied by a some tapas of local products, slow food. According to a document written in Latin dated January 7, 1385, the family received the transfer of some vineyards located in the current Estate of Subirats. It is the first reference to the link between this winery of Penedes and viticulture, a relationship that has been maintained uninterrupted until today, being one of the oldest farms dedicated to viticulture.
