Envision yourself riding through Penedés vineyards, your guide will lead you on a relaxing morning horseback ride so you admire the breathtaking scenery countryside set against the backdrop of the majestic mountain of Montserrat.

Here you will discover traces of the Penedés splendid wine-growing past. The estate vines cover the western slopes of the Ordal mountain range known as “Costers d’Ordal”, following the curves of the terrain in stepped terraces.

You will enjoy a relaxing horseback ride between the vines, sightseeing the breathtaking Penedés countryside along the way. Ride right up to Albet i Noya winery, where you will savor a complete wine tasting, amongst international award winning wines! This will be a day you won’t forget to share with your Friends !

Penedés Wine Cellar

Once foot on the ground, your next guided visit is Albet i Noya Winery, established in 1903. It was the fourth and current generation, that introduced organic farming methods to the vineyards. They took over the management of the estate in 1972 and at the end of the seventies started producing his first organic wines. With the success of that first wine produced specifically for the Danish market, they gradually moved the entire estate over to organic farming.

The family also finally acquired the estate that they had been farming for four generations. At this point, they began a long process of continuous renovation of the cellar, as well as switching 100% of the estate over to organic farming methods.

Winery Restaurant

To complete your unforgettable wine tour experience, will be served a delicious lunch with typical Catalan food and tapas at the Albet i Noya Cellar restaurant, overlooking the Penedés vineyards.
